WordPress and Personal Information
WordPress will not delete personal information of customers that have purchased in the last 6 months (180 days) in case a chargeback occurs. If a request for deletion is submitted in that time frame, then it will sit pending, and WordPress will action it once the appropriate time has passed.

Subject to applicable law, personal information does not need to be deleted if needed to:
