Are you authorized retailer?
We order all of our products from authorized distributors as well as directly from the Artists, Studios and Brands that we carry! We are Authorized Retailers of every brand you see in this store, and you are welcome to contact us with any questions you have about a product and its authenticity!
what form of payments do you accept?
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, J&K, Diners Club and Discover Credit.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
How curbside pickup Works?
Curbside pickup, in its most basic form, is making an order online — by web or mobile — and then driving to the shop to pick it up. This might include parking, entering the store, and waiting in a “mobile order” or “online order” queue. Curbside pickup can additionally involve stepping up to an outside locker, table, or tent where personnel will verify your order before delivering it to you.
